This is us picking up our first Fifth Wheel! We found files and receipts in her from previous owners from literally all over the country. At this point I would put a conservative estimate on her of about 20k miles, but she really dosen't show it. She is a little on the heavy side, but tows like a dream! Happy campers!

Thanks! Like all previously owned units, there are a few little things, but we have enjoyed it so far. New transmission in the truck this spring should help the smiles increase as well!

‘Welcome to FTE.
When you do the new transmission, upgrade the Torque Convertor and put in the 6.0L transmission cooler...you’ll be glad you did! EGT and Transmission Temp gauges will help too.
Absolutely. I have yet to stumble on anyone that regrets upgrading to the 6.0 tranny cooler. Put in an Edge monitor and pyro this past spring when I did a pretty extensive top end refresh. Not sure why the manufacturers chose not to have that integrated in the dash as a standard, but it is eye opening to how quickly a driver could be causing damage without realizing it!
I am thinking of going with Dieselsite's Legendary 4r100 with the billet torque converter. Anyone have any experiences?
