Is that Mor/Ryde suspension, I have old style Mor/Ryde RE mounnted directly to the frame that uses the same rubber springs as the IE uses so no broken equlizers here. The photo isn't the best and some of the trim was missing because I was repairing tire damage at the same time.
Don't you love the way the disks stop
Denny
Yep Denny, it's the MorRyde setup. Had it done last summer after my Equaflex equalizers started to crack on me one at a time. My drum brakes weren't the best with various wiring issues from time to time. The discs are just phenomenal though. With my garage full my rig can push 20k so it's nice to have it pulling back on the truck instead of pushing forward on it...
Denny, May I ask what brand your disk brake conversion is?
-Mark
I used 13" Kodiak brakes and a line set kit from etrailer, the Dexter actuator it bought from Eastland Marine because of price.
If you are going to do it yourself be sure and figure out what axles you have. I have 8K Dexter Nev-R-Lube axles with a 4 bolt flange with 1/2 bolts and 7K springs, the 7K axles have a 5 bolt flange with 3/8 bolts, if you have Lipert axles do some checking. Do some checking before you order, it's not that hard to install with a little mechanical skill, if you need help just ask.

When I looked at the photo and it had the added subframe it looked like a Mor/Ryde install.

2004SD I like the Cameo but then I'm baised after owning 2 Cameos with the current being 2010 34ck3. It looks a little nose high and if bothers you look at the rear springs where they mount you might be able to lower the mounting and gain 1-1.5" in rear height.
After looking it over this weekend i decided to take your advice. There were holes in the spring mounts and the center mount for both axles which would raise the camper by 2 inches, although I was a bit intimidated by doing it, I brought the big jack and stands home and got it done yesterday afternoon. It now sits ever so slightly front high, within the bubble however, so by the time we get water loaded etc. it should be level. I feel much better about it thanks for the advice.
