I was refunded for the transmission and shipping, hooray! . I now have the rear differential completely rebuilt and with an Auburn limited slip carrier, kept the 3.73 gearing. Next week the new AOD I purchased will be switched out to replace the C6..

Apparently they can be...there are places that build them to withstand up to 1500 hp I'm told..

Rite on John, it's real nice to here that the transmission folks made good on a refund and shipping. Finding stand up folks like that are becoming harder and harder to find these days. But I truly believe what ever you put out into the world, comes back to you, and you my friend have always proved to be a real stand up man in my book. I'm not surprised that this good thing has happened to you, you deserve this and many, many, more .

John did you get the tranny from Lentech? They are a great company. About 7km from my place. My son and the owner are friends. I'd buy from them in a heart beat. They reworked my wife's dd tranny a couple of years ago.

You guys are talking about the Fitech systems. I run the GO EFI 400 hp system on my 5.0L mustang. I love this system way more then any carb out there. Easy install and easy to tune. If you go this way just spend the money on a intank fuel pump.
