I am using buckets from a 2001 ford windstar van the height is good with the factory bases and leaves you room for a counsel or jump seat which I got from a ford Taurus .

Yes the seats are power and the column is an electric tilt and telescopic out of a 1999 cadillac . I am a sucker for trinkets and couldn't resist the power tilt & telly

Power seats are more functional in my panel than what they are in the pickup but the seats I used were cheap and are very comfortable..

I was more concerned about it being a salvage column and seats not intended for anything even similar and having enough movement to get line of sight, pedal reach and comfort for me and my wife . Which is why I really wanted a telescopic column .

Well the junkyard Explorer differential has a pinion bearing going in it and the seal was starting to leak, seeing as it was an open carrier I'm replacing it with an Auburn limited slip locker on Monday. Will also be upgrading to an AOD sometime next month..

Well I knew I was taking a chance on a junkyard piece but I had to try. I'm also ditching the 2bl carb and putting a performer intake and 600 cfm carb on it to better match up with the AOD brackets..
