here's my new 2016 F350 King Ranch. Has a 2.5" Readylift with 285/70/17 BFG TA KO2 tires. I many need a taller block as the rear is now about 1.25" lower than the front.
Beautiful truck.
Do you have spacers between the rear tires ?
Our tires are so short......
Bill, I made a mistake and thought my hitch was a reese but it was made by Kurt Manufacturing. Here is the link that shows the quarter turn release system. Is this what you were referencing on your previous post?

I love my white truck, but DAMN I miss my one similar to this!!!! AWESOME!!
Not yet, but working that way toward a May retirement. Thanks for all the welcoming comments. I love the wealth of experience and information on the forum.
Also, shout out to the Ford Reps that monitor the forum. They appear to respond with professionalism and concern, even if they can't get everything resolved. People generally don't need to have it their way, but they definitely have a need to be heard.[/QUOTE]
Welcome! Beautiful truck by the way! Looks very nice paired up to the Montana!! And you are correct. The wealth of knowledge on this one forum is second to none. Sure others tear into their trucks for all sorts of things, but his one by far is the best!
Just bought a new F350 SD King Ranch Dually. Can't wait to tow my trailer with her. My truck came with the Gooseneck hitch prep and I have a Reese hitch that I had on my 04. Someone told me that I need an "H plate" to install my hitch. Does anybody have a pic of one? Thanks, David.
We got back yesterday afternoon. The total miles for the trip was 2988. Average MPG was 8.5 according to the computer. I went to a CAT scale when we stopped for the night in Kingsland Ga. The total weight was 22,720 lbs, just about what I expected. I do know that I really need a bigger fuel tank. I really didn't fill up the tank because when we stopped for food or a restroom break, I just topped of so I wouldn't have to stop again. If I had a bigger tank I could also get the good prices on fuel and avoid having to stop at a station where Diesel is not so popular or where its hard to get in. Before we left for Florida I did notice notice that my coolant reservoir was a little low so I topped that off. I checked it again in Florida and had to top it off again. Hmmm. We got back home and checked it this morning and it was perfect, so I guess I will have to keep an eye on that. Other than that the truck was flawless had plenty of power, although I would like some more top end boost. I am really glad I got the new Coopers, because driving in the rain with those BFG's would have been very scarey. Glad to be home. Now back to work.
Oh and I would also like some better lighting for those dark highways when you are the only one on the road, especially in the rain. I put on an old set of Hella 550's that I have had sitting around and really didn't like them. They have a very narrow pattern and I want something like the high beam pattern just brighter.
Good report! I find the tank good enough. We need to stop anyways for either one of us or the dog.
I agree. Break time is needed for safety.
Our rig weighed in at 21700 fully loaded with everything, winter clothes, summer clothes , wife, 2 dogs. This was on cert scales.
