Are those oem size or 245s? Wheels look different. Did you buy a set of wheels for winter? What size are they? 6.75" wide?
Sorry cracked out there, watched Adam sandlers new movie on Netflix, the Rediculous 6. Yes those are different wheels, 19.5x6 steel wheels with stainless simulators. The winter is cruel here to stock alum duals, the exposed hub is sandblasted after a week and looks like garbage. Simulators last a few years before looking too bashed up and getting replacements is easy.
Anyone have a part number, or suggestion, for a 2016 F350 Dually rear valve extensions? Looking to mount a TPMS on both rear wheels and need an extension kit.
The key question is - can you squeeze your hand through one of the slots?
I tried extensions. IIRC I used a 6" extension. Added some flat washers and an extra nut and a length of clear plastic tubing. Worked OK, but I really didn't need it.
I can squeeze my hand through a slot so I just keep the TPMS sensors directly on the valve stem. I don't care for the flow through type though.
It is very seldom I have to add or remove air, typically just once a season for each. Max the pressure in the spring for towing, drop it to 55 for the off season.
In order to use the squeeze method you have to rotate the outer wheel about 180 out. Since our wheels have 5 slots the inner will not line up perfectly. About 180 out one stud either way will make a difference in accessing the inner.
There are several threads on this already, here are two of them.

this is what I did, with link to install and part number
Howdy Sam........Haven't seen ya in some time.......How are you ??
hangin in there.
fwiw, my younger son will be on work assignment in Anchorage over XMAS, and I will be going up to spend the holiday with him!. Not driving, so its not 'Superduty' related.
still working on sale of the FW and the dually (once the FW goes don't need it)
I haven't followed the story of your new FW.. I sure miss all the discussion and prep work to ready my FW for the future adventures. You guys are amazing, individually and as a community. Don't know when/if I'll get a chance to get back to that.
this is the year I need to empty my two 1200 sqft shops of cars, tools and junk, and wouldn't you know it, we get the wettest El Nino year on record.. Nice black clay mud, 8 inches deep!.. had a neighbor bring over their skidsteer to haul my car hauler out to where I could empty the load of scrap metal.. No offers on the house yet, so I've still got some time.
I'll take I pic of what I use. I have on board air, so I have a chuck I can reach inside easily, and a commercial truck gauge that covers all angles. But, I don't use the regular black stem caps, these are a small valve extension that still seal very well, never had them leak or become an issue yet. Even with simulators, which have smaller access holes, it is no problem to check pressures and add air if needed.
These caps don't need a rubber cap, run them all year in sand, much, salt in the winter, water, no issues ever. And easy to check pressure or to bleed/add air.
I have the same stem caps, which are factory, and air chuck. Works fine for me, it is adding the TPMS caps on top of these that causes the problem as my hand won't fit in the wheel well holes to access the rear dual tire stems. Oh Well . . .
Headed down to Florida for the holidays. Going down to visit my daughter who got a teaching job last January. So if you see my truck and camper headed down 95, give a honk.
Thanks, I have looking forward to see how the truck behaves on a long trip. We haven't taken this truck and camper combo for a trip longer than 3 hours one way so we will see how it goes. I'm sure it will be just fine, this is why I got the dually.
