It's actually in Hickman county, home of Minnie Pearl! About 60 miles southwest of Nashville.

Set out cheap dog food in the evening just before dusk for a few days in the center of a clear field of fire.
A set of NVG's would help, and an NV Scope.
Wait until they get used to coming for it, then invite some friends over.
You want to take down the females if you can tell which they are.
What you want is for them to come to the same place, at the same time. Scatter the food after a while, so that they have to loiter to find it.
What you have told me in all of this is that the local populations are above normal numbers, else I would suggest trapping them.
A Coyote is an interesting animal, and might result in a helpful crossbreed. They may already be crossbred from stray dogs that have gone feral

At least they wasn't stuck somewhere that you couldn't get to them.
