I'll answer for him. The small ones are 2 1/16; the center and left ones are 3 3/8. The center one needs to be bigger IMO.
That is correct on the gauge sizes! I took the original panel from the dump truck and had it bead blasted. I had to use my dremel tool to make the holes larger for the 2 1/16 gauges. To make the tachometer fit, I had to weld a plate behind the original panel and cut the 3 and 3/8 hole. Otherwise, the tachometer would not fit where the original vacuum gauge was. Where the speedometer is now, I simply bent the rolled section back straight and that was just enough to allow the speedo to fit. The tachometer, speedometer, and fuel level gauges are autometer. The volts, vacuum, water temp and oil pressure gauges are Summit Racing brand. I painted it with black spray on bed liner paint. Here is a pic before I installed it in the truck.

That's what I thought they were. I went back and read this thread since it's been awhile since it was started. I remember fitting two 2 1/16 gauges in my f600 panel then troz had me second guessing myself when he said they wouldn't fit vertically.
By far the best way to go is the f500/600/700 cluster. Keep watching ebay; I have seen them go as cheap as $45 recently. On the other hand, there are a few on there now but they are pretty nice and are more $. The one below starts at 100
Here's my dash cluster after painting. I still need to get a piece of glass to cover the center gauge cluster. You can see where it's broken on the temp gauge. I also want to have the tach rebuilt with electronic innards, and the vacuum gauge needs some TLC as well.
I plan to order a stainless steel screw kit for the interior as well.
Painting the black face over the chrome will be difficult. I'm trying to avoid that option. Good ones are out there. I just have to be patient.
I was going to go that route with mine and get it dipped. but then I was debating to do powder coating instead with the way my interior is done so far might match more then the chrome.
I think it was brought up in the past couple months. I believe I might of posted in that thread. I was mentioning about the parts that I got done in chrome recently. It's not dead on nor will it ever be. in the end chrome is chrome and can't be substituted if your expectations are high. but it sure is a lot better then spay paint and does look alright. Sort of reminds me of a ceramic header but with alittle closer to a chrome look.
