You don't have to. You just have to tell him he doesn't own copyrights to that photo. He should bow out of the fight pretty quick. If he contests you just need to prove you have the original (I wouldn't send him the original, since then he has it too). But your copy won't have his watermark. The original may also have EXIF info, which was likely removed if uploaded to photobucket. That will identify the camera it was taken with, and only the original will have it unless it was preserved where it was uploaded.
Anytime anyone takes a photo, they automatically own the copyright to it.
If he doesn't comply, there are people to file complaints with; its actually a crime, not just rude.
I did not think to look but most of the hosting services have some type of
system to use if there is a copyright infringement issue. Hit him that way
and also with Ebay. They do have a system in place.
Emailed them, didnt get any response besides "i will email the seller about it" but i just looked on the ad and now they just got their next victim LOL
I now have a half and half truck thanks to you. HID headlights and LED foglights they seem to be working well in my F-150 but i will not be messing with my heads as im very happy w/them. we'll see how these hold up with the little fan getting everything thrown off the tire right on to it.
