, kidding the Flush is a must around every 10,000 or less if you trailer a lot this will keep the Oil cooler free from plugging up that's where the scan gauge come in to Monitor the oil and coolent temps you don't want any thing higher the 15 degrees spread between the two now when pulling and uphills with a load you will see that so don't get alarmed as long as those temp come back down. The EGR is simple to pull in my albums you will see my EGR and the flat bars I use to pop it up, you will need 8mm socket extention , twist counter clock wise and use pry bars on both sides pop it , I use carb cleaner and a plumbers flux brush ( don't spray the electrical side or try not to get it in the holes) you can gently open the two discs and brush the soot out, you will find that the Manifold is pretty sooted too chip away the crud and use a shop vac with a short hose of some sort taped to it and Ware your safety Glasses
that stuff burns like

I live in UTAH MORMAN VILLE LOL
WE have tint law here as well
Don't quote me on this but the front Driver/Passenger doors/windows have to pass a certain amount of Light threw them not shure how much
The windshield can only be tinted so far down from top I (Not Common)
But I think the Rear Doors and windows can be Tinted as dark as you want
Its all tied together with computers Now so if 1 shop fails you cant just go to another Shop without addressing what the first Dinks failed it for
I have now found a Good shop here I use every time No Problems and it would be harder for them to fail for wide tires Now when they have been passing them every year before
Plus they can see I bring this truck to them Every year so they Know its not a Sting from state
Going to be worth asking people you know to find a Good shop there are some real Dinks out there

but all i have to have is the front windows legal? the others can be black?
Well those Indy Shops are the worst IMO
Unless you taking a Stock Vehicle to them
The State seams to watch them Close especialy if they have been Busted in the Past for Fraudulent stuff they get busted to many time they Lose there License
What the rules are where you are at I have NO Idea
You should be able to get on a State Website and be able to Veiw all the Rules that pertain to that State where you Live!!
You should be able to google search your state for safety inspection Laws
Each State has its Own Laws Like in Nevada you can Tint all windows Black I believe the Windsheild maybe an Exception to that but that's Nevada

Its the Long round thing with the Short orange hose on it your may look different depending on the Year but its in the Same location
