At the end of post # 57 the air sound double check the Degus bottle cap do you see white puke around the cap? it could also be whats called a Turbo fart, the Thump sound on the floor board is the Blend door closing, the first two would make a air sound or tea kettle sound.

So i went to get my truck inspected today and was turned down because of my window tint. its a little to dark and $1000 so its not going anywhere

freaking west Virginia laws!

Stupid people with their stupid rules....

hopefully monday i find or can pay off someone to just give me a damn sticker!!!!

the coolent bottle is called Degus, check the cap , ford has a upgraded cap don't know if you have the new one? also If to much Pressure or things going on the degus will spew white chalk looking stuff out of the cap, Just checking something from post 57 with the air noise you hear also the level of coolent in the degus makes a big diff

When I first got mine the dealer did it first then next year wasn't required then wife takes it to a Jiffey Lube here and they Fail it

it had a Lift and bigger tires well they said I needed Feder flares cause the tires stuck out to Far

What was NOT much at all
I see Trucks Without fender flares with Tires that STick out Much Much Farther then Mine do

My wife said she could hear the guys in the Jiffey lube talking to the tech saying to him your Not reallu going to fail him for that are You?? they didn't stick out to far past fender Well he Did Fail it

That Little SOB was Jealous of my truck and couldn't afford on on his Jiffey Lube wages

I have never used a Jiffey Lube Again and Wont ever again

Talk to dealer asked them what shop they used to get it to Pass the First time so I find out and take it to them Well they Fail it Now I ask why well since first Douch Bag failed it for that they had to fail it

Go back to dealer say WTF they end up giving me those Little Fender Flares the crome ones on it Now take it Bake and Second shop Passes it

The Little Fender flares Did hardly make any Diffrence at ALL But they was Free and they was able to pass it

I know the Guy at the First Jiffey Lube wanted me to go out and Get those Fender flares that are 600-1000 Buck or whatever

It was Intentional what he Did they didn't stick out that Far at all and these Chrome things I have Didn't stick out any more then 1/2-3/4 of an Inch They was Basicaly Point less

The second shop just needed to see a change in order to pass it I had a Long talk with the shop owner that day he told me that the State does stings on it from time to time He Agreed the First SOB was out of Line to but there Hands was Tied since he put it in the computer it failed

Makes you made as Hell
you know if it was there ride it would be Passed or even if you went to a Different shop it would have Likely Passed

Since then I have found a Different place to inspect things and Havent had a Problem unless Legitimate stuff Fails like Brake pads are worn or Tail light out and Im fine with that

If you are talking about the tannish looking bottle that if i was looking from the front of the truck would be drivers side in back on top? looks like it

barely has any fluid in it.

should i add some? no white chalkiness..

What kind of coolant do i need to add?

i mean thats pathetic... you live here in west virginia?

im trying to find somewhere the Inspector isnt drooling about my truck.. and driving a prius.... then maybe ill get somewhere. i need some hillbilly as$ **** to by god help me out

well if you have cat ELC red I think, you cant mix any other coolent with it , yello/ gold would be ford Gold coolent I hope . when was the last coolent flush? may need to pick up some ford gold at the dealer and a gallon of distilled water don't add tap water always distilled, and get the level back to MIN line.

If its yellow/ gold keep it that way until the next Flush ( don't add red or green) only ford gold for now and yes Min line

If in a bind you can use Zerox silicate free make sure its silicate free tho I'll see if I can get you some numbers on that if ford parts dept is closed
