I'v been retired for more years than I care to remember, but when I was working we had issues with using anti seize in heat applications. I and several others had a real hard time believing anti seize was the cause of the of the seizure problems we were having. The anti seize we were using was not necessarily for automotive use though. Didn't know about Copper never seize for high temp
Well crap. the 95 heads are missing some holes vs the plenums..looking good fo sho!
That's why I made these today.......

Thanks guys, and thanks for that info Jose. I'm gonna get those plenums welded up tomorrow. I got the collector and up pipes all welded up today and painted. The rest of this week in the evenings after work I'm gonna work on the the water pump and getting the T500 in. I have a new power steering pump I may put on too. I'm off Friday, so I'll have three days this weekend to hit it pretty hard, and I am hoping to have every thing on the engine and maybe the pillar pod and gauges put in. I still need to do the trans, but I'm not real sure if I am ready to be pulling a ZF apart and be wrestling around with that stuff yet. I'll just see how I feel this weekend.
Well that stinks.I'll buy em back I never knew about that...
It's fine. I like making stuff anyway If you want them back, you can have them back. They were kind of a freeby anyway! If you don't need them, I'll keep them.
I was wondering what you was gonna do bout the plenums.
Aaron gave me a set of SD plenums, but they have an extra set of bolt holes in them. Rather than try to mess with fixing those, I just made me a set out of 1/4" steel.
Yeah those are neat. I still think you need to quit your day job and have a web site or some thing. But then your hobby would be more like work and that wouldnt be fun.
I'm hoping to build a bigger shop in the next couple years and get outfitted to weld aluminum too. I may try to do some stuff then, but I still don't think I'd quit my day job! LOL! My stuff ain't all that great I don't think LOL!

Stop being so damn modest! Looks great bud, you should be proud of it.
And nice Bill! You're right since bill is always doing project stuff at work, the moment he starts making PSD parts is when he starts building crap for something else since its his 'work'! LOL
That pic of the plenums was just the four pieces. I got them welded up this evening and I'm gonna paint them tomorrow some time. I got the T500 in this evening and the water pump pulled. I cut the piece off the IH pump that needs cut off and got it painted. I'll have a 3 or possibly 4 day weekend this weekend, so I'm hoping to put a big dent in this thing this weekend. I'll get some more pics up as I get stuff installed.
