Personally, I am totally good with other locations chatting, if they at least chat... which you do Pat. At first, I thought having people coming through and posting would be ok, but it has kind of gotten to be the same song and dance routine over and over, without paying attention to the actual chats that try to pop up in between the repeated messages... For those that do pay attention and respond, I welcome you to continue. The main issue is the daily message that is repeated with no regard to what has been posted previously.

Morning Dennis! Looks to be a nice one here today, not terrible hot.... Be a good evening for qualifying and the late race. Be fun tomorrow as well. I get to have the honor of escorting one of our fine Marines to his first race he has attended. He came to us as the U of Iowa was the only place that did the procedure he needed to repair injuries he received in combat. My wife ended up taking care of him, and got to know him a bit. She wanted to see if she could get an autographed poster for him, so she called the speedway and asked if they would do that for him. They responded by saying they could do better, they gave him tickets to go! Since he isn't from around here, we are giving him a ride, and since he is to be discharged today, he will still need some medical observation, as it will be kind of strenuous. We have that all covered, so it should be a great way to pay respects to him for serving his country. I figure it is a small token for us to do for our servicemen. The speedway has continually been a great supporter for the servicemen as well.
Again I apologize, and will spend more time with the post. Thanks for welcoming others to your state!

Be a warm one here again though. Not looking to be so windy hopefully... Wind is good when it is hot, but too much can be miserable as well...

I did after it was brought to my attention.
Being my wife and I have roots in Burlington. Our son and his future wife are residents of Ames. My Super Duty was first licensed in Dubuque and purchased by me in Maquuoketa. I felt obligated to post here in Iowa no matter small even if it was a daily greeting. If I have offended anyone I am truly sorry and it won't happen again. Have a good day Iowa.

Rick, you do actually converse from time to time, so you were fine... I understand being busy and all as well... Hadn't realized you had such strong ties over here...

Hey Rob, still working on getting some kind of employment locked down, so the funds are short for wandering off much... Would like to, just not looking promising at this point.
