The more the merrier. I have to swing by a place and pick up some cooking wood. But I should be out after that. Gonna give Marty a call since he's been quiet around here.

It was good to get a group together. Good time again as always. Was I the only one that wasn't impressed by the food there?

I liked it, would have more if there were condiments on the table, like most places.

I read some pretty bad reviews. That's why I was wondering what you fellas thought. We had the GTG at McCall's twice when we were in Raleigh for the Senior Games. I liked McCall's.(except when they ran out of lettuce... insider joke, ask Willie)

8 different kinds of chicken. Apparently they have a different menu each day of the week? Kind of weird. But I can't say anything I had was not good. My wife came out for the salmon, which I guess you can only get on Fridays. I would go back there but I would definitely study the menu first to figure out which day of the week to go

Just realized I’ve been so busy this month, we didn’t get anything on the books. Anyone want to try for this week?

Didn’t even realize that when I posted. Alright, this month was a wash.

Lets get some dates and places up for next month. Any suggestions?

Just throwing this out there for commentary. For me it's hard to go a long ways like Burlington on a weekday, fighting all that traffic to get through Raleigh and Durham just to be able to start the trip, and then leaving the restaurant it puts me getting home pretty late. Now I know we originally wanted weekday evenings because everybody's weekend is usually full, but for me that typically means Saturday. I have something going on every Saturday this month, every Saturday next month, and at least 2 Saturdays in November. However Sunday's are usually pretty open for me, would anybody else prefer meeting up on a Sunday afternoon / evening?
