I got the fenders mocked up. chased the threads on the fender studs. gonna need to replace some of them.
Got my rear cab mounts rebuilt. I used the electrolysis rust removal process on them, that was pretty cool!

Reason: Freakin picture won't upload right side up!!!
I wanted to post some pictures of the cab mounts for reference to others.
I wasn't able to get pics of the mid mounts, but they go on just like the fronts.
I used an 18" pipe wrench to flex the rear brackets up into position, by myself, worked out pretty good. scratched off some black paint though....
Looking good, Jeff! Glad to see you making progress.

I know I left someone out, but thanks to you guys, I continue to climb that hill. Quitting is easy...anyone can do that.
Yes I'm slow, but so was the turtle.
I ordered some Noico 80 mil sound deadener. It will be here Wednesday.
The firewall will get the first application. I will start loading up the cab with wiring and whatever else tucks up under the dash. Gotta build the command center. That sounds so military like doesn't it?
Looks great Jeff. You have been busy. I would also like to see the frame pics when you get the bed off. I see you went diagonal. That is the strong way from what I have heard. I went straight on my F2 MH frame fix mainly to hide the seam behind the running board brace. It will be plated on the back with the bracket on the front. It will never see another day of work as long as I own it so it should be fine. I imagine yours will have to survive tire melting on any given day!
