Nothing to big planned Dave. I have a guy that might be coming to look at the car and other then that maybe work on buffing the boat out a little more. How about you?
Good morning Jim and Gerry! Yep the race is on. Probably going to dvr it and watch it tonight.
It's getting closer. Got those lines crimped and installed. So it's all plumbed under the hood. Just have to get belts installed and really, the under hood is done. Then modify the latch bracket and see how it all fits. Those hoses sit high above the compressor...
Then basically put the interior together and test it all.
The yahoo was supposed to call me back the other day and didn't. I have to call them again...
Sounds like you are getting closer Dave. Yeah probably have to call again. I think when this is all done I am gonna have a chat with them about all these issues. I still don't understand why all these issues.
What kind of Chevy are you working on Dave? I don't see anything listed in your sig.
Cory ... they are predicting 71 on Wed. for us here. There hasn't been any snow for a while ... not enough to sled (snowmobile or snow sled).
Well ... got the valve cover done on the Saturn this week. The area around the valve cover gasket is dry as a bone, but it's still going through a ****load of oil. I put 2 /12 qts in when she left Friday morning. She put another 3 1/2 in this morning. Something is blown. Katie is out of town this weekend, so I haven't been able to look at it yet.
Tried to start the truck yesterday to move it out of the way to get something. Wouldn't start. Outdoor temp gague in the Derdge said 71*. Glow Plugs don't seem likely at this point. It would try to fire, but wouldn't keep going. I know the CPS is on it's way out. Could it have completely failed now? I'm going to have to give it some love this week. I almost have the money for the tranny, but might have to use that for the pile-o-plastic instead.
