I take it back. Katie says the pile-o-plastic is now smoking like a banshee. I hope she makes it home now.

You better get your truck fixed for camping and then you can go for the Guiness Record.

300k miles worth of mess in the motor. Maybe time to replace is getting here sooner rather then later...
I'll trade ya straight up. My 7.3 for your 6.0. I'll make the deal even better for ya. I'll throw in the pile-o-plastic for free.

Normally, I'm concerned about gas mileage. I never thought I'd be measuring oil in miles per gallon.

Might get rid of this POS and use the money to fix the truck. I still have a loan on the truck. The way it is, I can't sell it or use it much. I may as well get some use out of it. I better start my laundry list for a GTG someday .

I'm going to have the car looked at this week. We'll decide what to do from there.

Mike .. you posted some links a while back on where to get parts. Can you point me to those again and let me know what parts/kits I need to get for a rebuild?

It's either the OD or Torque Converter as the major problem. If I drive w/o overdrive, I can go forever without the computer detecting a slilp.
