Darren....was just wondering this morning if you were going to make it back....sounds like you just barely did
Remember, pics or it didn't happen....the pic above looks pretty mosquito free to me
Maybe a pic of the grille on the truck?
OK, I will look for some pics......
But we did spend some time outside, here is how we did it.
All under the awning of the trailer:
-Build smokeyest fire possible.
-2 citronella bucket candles (you can see in the pic).
-2 citronella torches
-6 mosquito coils (the green coiley ones that smoke)
-2 Off lanterns (with the candles and pad things)
-1 butane powered mosquito repellant thing (guaranted to clear a 5M radius, NOT)
-1 layer of deep woods off on top of a layer of muskol.
THEN, you could sit outside. BUT, if you left the area 1,000 mosquitos would follow you back and it would take 15 minutes for them to leave. We are all covered in bites head to toe.
We likely breathed in so many chemicals we would have been better of camping at DOW chemical
It's all good, we lasted 3 nights, toughest bear(s) in the woods!!!!!

Darren...... It appears that you believe in the "Tim Allen" approach
Savage is yer life back to normal after the truck issue.....
If by normal, you mean crazy busy, then yes. We leave Friday (wheeling in South Dakota) and I have a lot to get done before that. Boy Scouts last night, Cub Scouts tonight, Soccer Board Meeting Thursday night. Just about done with maintenance on the wheelers. I just have to grease them this afternoon. I changed all the engine oil and checked the tire pressure. I also checked the trailer and truck while I was at it. It's definitely "good" busy now
