Also thx to Savage for putting his story out there so we could all learn from it.....
PS, I was a Boy Scout too & I loved those years, camping out in the winter & all....
Being an ACTIVE member of the BSA is so rewarding I feel like I'm stealing from them. You need to really go "all in", but once you do, you really get it. I love it...
I'd rep ya, Gigger, but it won't let me...so thanks for the kind words, friend.
Yesterday my wife and I traded our turbo eating '06 6.0 in on a 2012 1T, XLT long bed crew cab. Has lots of options. We spent most of today driving around feeling good.

You are in the right place.......
This is the "Feel Good" thread.
The weather finally cooled off a bit and was supposed to only be in the low hundreds so I got the camper loaded and the boat hooked up and headed off to the CAT scales.
Here is the camper and truck only before the air bags:
Here it is after the airbags:
Not that fair of an assessment as one is on a level surface and the other is not, but if you look at the wheel well clearance you can see a difference.
And here it is at the weigh station....sorry but every body really needed a bath, but with it being monsoon season I wasn't about to wash it
Anybody interested in what all this stuff weighs???

I'd like to know the weights, air pressure in the bags loaded and how it rides.

Fantastic pics!
Thanks Savage!
Ok, here is the truck and boat, with the boat disconnected on third pad.
Wanted to get an empty weight on the truck so I could do the math to get the camper weight.
And here is the weight with camper and boat, boat on third pad connected, with 60 psi in the bags...used spirit level on the axles of the boat to make sure we get BOTH axles running on the ground
Did try 75 and 90psi but only shifted 20 pounds to the rear axle.
So it looks like the Truck is 7600lbs, the boat is 4060lbs and the camper is 3020lbs...
Now this is unloaded but it gives me a good start on where I am at, and will adjust accordingly when I load it. Usually put the heavy stuff in the boat over the rear axles. The rest of stuff is just clothes and booze... oh forgot food too!
