I do admit a push mower makes the yard look better after cutting.

Still takes me an hour and a half.
My yard has been mostly brown but is green again after nearly a week of rain this past week.
While I like to get out there and ride around on one of my toys and get away from the blackberry, I have hay fever allergies so that takes all fun out of it.

My son just graduated to the front yard last year for the same reason.
We all had summer jobs back in the day, nothing wrong with that....I remember shoveling driveways for .20 to .35 cents, collecting pop bottles at .02 cents a piece...

Should have seen me when I 1st brought my Kubota ZD326 Zero turn home. I'm from old school. I went in house and told wifey a drunkard cuda cut a straighter line. But now I could never go back to tractor style Mowers.
I grew up cutting grass with those old cast iron reel push mower. Best cutting mower ever made.
