Thanks Gentlemen! I promise to take her out of town and get some good photos/adventures this summer. I have so much more I want to do but I'm splitting mod money between 5 vehicles so it slows the whole process.
Did a little flexing the other day. No rubbing even when getting the rear tire off the ground, at least with the wheels pointing straight.
Roads have dried up, I've had some more time to drive it and power is okay for running around town. I would really love 4.56 gearing now.
I added some Maxxima led fog lights a few weeks ago, they are wired as DRL's so far I'm happy.
today was the first time I've been able to hand wash at home. Had to dig the hose out of the ice.
Haven't updated for a bit, have not taken the Ex on nearly enough adventures. This weekend I decided to head out to a place I'd never been, Petersville Road near Trappers Creek,AK. It's about 20 miles back on gravel roads/trails, it then splits off to a ton of different trails all over the valley. Absolutely beautiful country. I'll be going back for sure.
The Excursion impressed me for sure, along with the Cooper ST MAXX tires.
Have not driven her much, in fact last night was its first hand washing of 2019. I'm preparing to take it to Valdez, AK for some camping and fishing. Sold my travel trailer and plan to use the Excursion for trips I don't want to take the motorhome, so going to make some mods for that in the future. Otherwise just some driveway shots. I need to change oil after this trip.
The Valdez trip was awesome! Camped in the Ex and went fishing. Really had a great few days with family. Truck performed flawlessly! Mpg was better then expected as I was running it very hard and fast about 11.5 mpg hand calculated gps verified.
Mid-September I took my uncle and aunt from NY out on the side by side in Hatcher pass. They loved it and the Ex pulled the side by side ok but I need gears, 4.56 preferred.
