there is such a thing, high efficiency lure uses 20lb propane cylinder, produces heat and co2 to lure most all of them over to the uninhabited part of your yard and then kill them somehow

the stock photo i posted translates to my yard, just substitute redwood chairs for the sleek enamel furniture and dirt for the water. city view is about the same

That's standard wake-up time around here...during the week, anyway.
Usually let it go until 5 or so on weekends.
