I have noticed during games that he always seems angry or disgusted with his players... then you look at Jim Harbaugh , or Pete Carroll they are up and animated, and giving their players high fives or kudos after good plays. It is simple lead by Example!
It is funny to me Steve, that it is the Chargers Offense that is falling apart... with his ability as an offensive coordinator.... My guess is that he is just not a good motivator of his people...
I'm sure it all goes through him for final say, but he's not coordinating the offense. Clarence Shelmon has that task...in title, anyway.
Rivers has been able to throw interceptions all by himself though
It seems that Rivers has spent a lot of time this year running for his life... that can really mess up his timing, and give him a case of happy feet. It seems the front line just isn't giving much effort. I agree about Shelmon, he doesn't seem to be carrying his weight either...
