The KitchenAid was makin' a heck of a racket, squeaking, etc. Made the wifey very happy with a little lubrication here and there.

And most importantly, you have just again reinforced her belief that you're an effin' genius!

Good job!

Afternoon, there, Joe! How's the weather holding out for you so far up there? Any snow yet?

I'm off to the Orange County Mining Company in a few minutes for a charity dinner/auction tonight.

Wonder what un-needed crap I'll be dragging home!

In my neck of the woods it rained all night, but it's dry right now. But where my cousin lives, about a half hour drive from me, they had an inch last night. They're also at a higher elevation than me.

We're still pretty mild though, it's 7 right now, with a high of 11. Supposed to get down to -1 on Friday night, the first freeze of the season.

So if you're wondering what that is in Farenheit, it's 44 right now, high of 51, and supposed to be 30 on Friday.

Did you have a good birthday Marv?

Too early for 30 degrees around here. that won't happen until December, or January, if it happens at all. I think last year it only made it to 32.

Fix a mixer? Most people would just get a new one. Changing tires by hand looks fun though.

I was sweating profusely and out of breath at the end of 2 tires. Gotta start workin' out again. Secret is the BF hammer and lubrication. Rims aren't as pristine as they once were after a few misses... Good thing I like the well used look.
