That load is just mis balanced for that horse to be pulling. The rails are actually lifting the horse so it can't get good footing is my guess.

That is pretty cool, I wonder if there was a side car on that where you see the spare tire. I noticed the car in the picture is anchored down to unless it was supposed to pull something..
