Yes, an interesting story. I have a brief history in an old Hemmings SIA magazine. Interesting, the designer used his wife as the model when they introduced the car. The link below is not the article I had in mind but does give a brief description of the car.

Looks like something they use to cross the tundra to view the polar bears and other wild life in the far north, seen something like it in a documentary

Here is a link to Soviet concept vehicles. These are really oddball. The train car is a ways down the page.
