Bedford is/was (don't know if they're still made) a truck made in England, but I don't know if it was a FoMoCo brand.

wiki wiki says the Bedford truck was made by Vauxhall that was purchased by GM in 1925. It was marketed as the British Chevrolet.
I recall that at one time, probably in the 1960's, the Vauxhall Victor (car) was sold by Pontiac dealers in the US
