i was going to call them as well however i do not think they are capable of handling something that big. i know they have a very large shear, and bandsaw that can handle wide things but not 30" diameter. ill find out tomorrow. it would be great if they could, the auger is in newington.

logan was a definite no. magna said he can do up to 21" but wouldnt try to run the band down angled flights. the guy at winnick is communicating with his large steel people (dont normally deal with public) and is optomistic they would be able to do it. i will have to check out johnstone.

the bottom of it is so terribly torn up, with repairs on top of repairs, we want to cut it up into fresh "straight" auger and weld new teeth onto fresh straight edges.
