Got the doors fitted much better opening and closing now. I added a stainless door sill to finish the edge of the carpet off, but it was a little bit thicker than I anticipated and it actually touches the door and puts a little pressure on the door, making it harder to open. Not the end of the world though.
Well know I have 5 holes in the doors/door pillar and the wire loom pass through will not work they just kink. Extremely disappointed right now. Now I have to figure something else out and weld up these holes.
What’s different about them John. I first drilled the hole nice and center thinking that was where it should be and it failed. Then I looked at you pictures again and noticed that you were at the edge of the pillar and door. So I tried that. But now I’m just frustrated and can’t figure out how to make this work.
