I bought my glass through the Old Car Centre, I asked for the smoked tinted but they said they couldn't get it . They said the only ones available was green tint but until I get it I have no idea how dark it is. Once it arrives I'll make a decision if I apply more tint. I will to the back window for sure so the sun isn't baking my neck...lol
My side windows are stock clear, and I just put a 35% tint on them. My rear window I bought from Morris and it had that smoked brownish color to it and I put a 5% limo over top of that. It is very dark now.
Well, the folks at Rod’s doors have come through and then they’re gonna send me a new set of corner panels as they they have confirmed. I have the wrong panels an old version that never should’ve went out. And the one says template on the back. And he said he would really like to have it back. So they’re gonna ship me some new ones and I’m gonna ship these ones back and he said hopefully all the fitment issues go away.
Rods Doors were very quick to ship the new corner pieces and they fit much better than the other panels. Very happy. Also installed the rear window again,

I figured since I have the doors off right now it’d be a good time to try and install these power door locks to go with the Altman easy latch. Has anybody done this before?
The throw for the lock switch on the latch is very very short compared to the throw on the actuator. Just wondering how you guys installed these
To bad you hadn't posted this earlier ,I had the Altman latch with the actuator out yesterday because the latch wasn't functioning properly but here are some pictures of when I put them in my pickup..
No issues regarding the throw of the actuator and the lock switch..
I used these SS braided wire looms to route the wires .I'll take some pics of the finished results
