my puter has been going apeshyte as well. i decided to buy me a cheap *** guitar and start playing again, store was out of amps, but they had this plug and play usb guitar cord/music program for $40. i think sweet! cheaper than an amp and i won't have to be away from my interwebs while i jam
1. program may as well be in chinese as i'd understand it about as well either way. 2. it has a sound meter on there showing that it registers that the guitar is in fact being recorded and is making sound, yet no sound comes out of anything. none out of the speakers or the headphone jack. and to top it all off, when i install the program it fubars other crap, like suddenly nothing plays over the speakers and my cp usage goes up to 100%, not sure what it means, but it doesn't seem good and everything gets slow and dumb.
basically i'm pissed that i wasted $40 on something i can't return and none of the j-holes on c/l are replying to my texts about buying their cheap amplifiers. i was all pumped to jam after not playing in 2 years and now i'm just sitting here looking at a guitar being pissed.
did i mention that i have a head cold from hell and i hate the world right now?
:flipoff2:
been sick for a few days now, weird, it goes away for the most part mid way through the day, but comes back tenfold when i wake up. no fun dealing with the chillins while i'm out of it
