been busy hating things bruce, like my inability to properly read court documents, turns out i do have court on the 21st...............of november
nothing like waking up early as hell to drive 40 miles one way for nothing.
i screwed up and my plates and insurance lapsed a few months ago. i went to renew my plates july 3rd, which was a saturday, and the dmv is usually open on, well they were closed a day early for the holiday, i ended up blowing all my cash on partying over the week end and got popped the next week before i made it to the dmv. i reupped my insurance too, but illinois, or at least lasalle county changed the way they charge you for no insurance now, and they charge still stuck. i've had like 3 continuances and this one is the longest i've ever had for a traffic court violation so i didn't even think to look at the month on the date, like a fool....
$299 here, and 1 year court supervision now. court supervision is like probation for your license, and it is teh ghey. if i don't get any violations on my license in the next year the no insurance is expunged from my record, but if i do get another ticket in that time it isn't.
