and in other non-truck related news:
i hate not knowing things for sure. buddy is almost done with the pre-approval stage on getting a home loan and he has 2 houses lined up depending which checks out better. regardless which one he gets me and him are going in on a deal together where i'll be doing a lot of remodeling for him, just not sure where or when it's going to start happening. it'd be nice to know when i'll start having a pay check coming in i guess

naw, short term i could use some extra cash to spend on stooopid christmas junk for the kids. long term we plan on moving after winter/tax time because we are out growing this place and moving always costs more than you plan, plus a bigger place means we'll "need" more shyte to fill it up with, specially since jr. will be ready for his own room by then.
funny thing is the house(s) i may end up working on may be where we end up living. plan is to either flip or rent them.
