I've been to his show in Branson. Jim Stafford is still a first class entertainer. If you're ever in Branson (and we know everyone over 65 gets there eventually) be sure to visit his theater and take in his show.

Oh come on . . . I grew up north of Pittsburgh and we used to go snake hunting all the time as kids. Copperheads are pretty shy about people. Never saw any rattlesnakes. Of course we didn't wear helmets when we rode our bikes and we drank water out of the tap.

My brother in law decided to remove the hedges from the front of his house. It took me two trips with my flatbed and trailer. Since he couldn't get his tailgate down, it would have taken 3 or 4 trips if I wasn't there.
He pulled the bushes with his truck. I wanted to try that with mine, but I didn't want to take the risk. It's fine if he tore up his truck.

Man I love using my truck as a work truck.

Looking good Joe! Your truck would have pulled them out easily. Just put it in first gear. That's what the granny gear is for.

It's neat you have a trailer hitch on your truck.

Two weeks ago a branch on an ornamental crab apple tree at our soccer complex hit me on the head as I mowed underneath it. I was always able to get under it before, now it was hanging lower. So last week I got out my chain saw. Here's a pic of my working truck hauling the branches to our landfill. We can dump brush for free. They chop it up to make mulch.

It's not the stoutest hitch. It's just a ball on my farmers rear bumper. It looks like someone has pulled stumps before, check out the crossmember. I want to get a frame mounted hitch at some point in time.

Probably so. It was a farm truck, so no telling what they were trying to do. I was told the damage to the front fender was because the truck rolled into a hay baler. They also hit a stump hard and bent up the passenger side running board a bit. My truck had a grain bed on it, they would lift the front of the truck with a tractor to dump the contents. Now that I think about it, it's amazing the truck survived the farm.

Nice truck, my truck has a hoist although much earlier than yours. We use the truck regularly to haul some of the same stuff you do. I don't put much more than 6000 lbs in at a time though. Gets the job done.

Well, 1000# of Packard engine and trans sure sets my F1 down on its haunches.
I loaded up my engine Friday night so I could take it across town for a Packard/Studebaker meeting. Them old guys were a little surprised when I started the engine for them....LOL
