Hi again. Hope your Christmas and New Years was great. I certainly can't complain.
Did you get a photo figured out or have you got to it yet?
I saw one on an old 47 ford the other day but that truck is now mostly rusted away and I doubt it is worth even asking if the guy would sell it.

Hi sorry I didn't notice this in my personal messages till now.
I would like the whole thing but the arm is perhaps harder to get than just a replacement mirror. Or at least I think I can get a mirror for the arm.

Mark - the Chassis Catalog / Green Bible does list manual shift rods for the 1940-1944 two speed axle conventional and COE trucks. Sections 4134 and 4135 if you have the book or CD. The vacuum shifter is diagramed for the 1945-1947 trucks. Stu

Will make copies and drop in the mail. Will also see if there are any 40/41 changes that can be identified. Stu

Mark - Iím probably no better informed on this than you, and I guess like you have searched the web for information about them. I donít know if a change from electrical to vacuum to manual, or vice versa, is wise or doable without major effort. There were design changes over the years that probably would have to be factored in also. As you saw in your thread I have the Eaton references Iíd be happy to copy and mail to you if they would be helpful. Just would need your mailing info. Stu

Hello, I may be interested in the 41 front grill piece. I am working on a 41 1.5ton and the front grill is the one piece i am missing.
