Grill looks like a shoe box Merc but the hood emblem looks like a Ford.

Since the wrecker is a Merc then this shot was probably taken in Canada somewhere, so the car being towed is probably an export as well.

It`s a Canadian Meteor, same as a Ford but with Meteor badges.
