I know, I know, it's not a Ford, but its an old truck and its working.
I've been working the old Dodge hauling mulch and dirt for flower beds in the back yard.

The Dodge is in nice shape Bobby. I wish I could find a body to replace the old Chevy I have, low mileage drive train but a zombie body..
Thanks John
The old Dodge only has 85,000 miles. My grandfather bought it back in 75 to haul 5th wheel travel trailer. He had just retired from the railroad and he and my grandmother were going to travel the country. They had a few good years before his heart gave out. The truck sat unused for years until my cousins started abusing it. My dad rescued it but never used it much so it remains low miles. Dad can't drive anymore so I use it for dump runs, hauling sand, etc. My son has expressed an interest in it and might but it from my dad. If not, I'll buy it and keep it around. The big 440ci will haul anything as long as you aren't afraid of the gas station. And with only a 19 gallon tank you have to visit the station's quite a bit.
Thanks John

It was probably built in Mexico at the Lago Alberto plant in Mexico City? The plant isn't there any more. The land became so valuable where it was located that the Mexican government paid to have Chysler build a new plant in Saltillo closer to the U.S. Mexican border.
I saw this mentioned on Facebook and thought it's a working truck. Augusta is about 3 1/2 hours from me. Maybe some day I'll be able to make it up there to watch.
The truck is used as a pulling sled for horse pulls. I tried to post the video showing the truck in action but could only post the link to the video. I haven't seen it in person. I wish I would have seen the FB a week ago, I would have gone to watch the truck in action. Hopefully next year.
