>>Lowered trucks and SUV make me chuckle every time - nothing funnier (sadder?)
It depends on how low the lower it and with what they use to lower the vehical. Air bags and Hydralics and stupid. The other things out there aren't that bad because they are pretty relieable, and if the person doesn't go to far with the drop it doesn't looke all thaat bad. The thing about about lowering 4 x 4s it all depends on what you going to use it for. Some 4 x 4s are not meant to lifted(depending on where you live like in big cities, where it will be more of a pain then anything). The bigger 4 x4's look good and most of the smaller ones to. And some 4 wheel drive systems are propably better dropped because they might to weak to stand up to the stress of the lift. But why would you drop a f-250 of f-350?(unless your using it for drag racing but why would you use that big of a truck anyway?)
I think I speak for us who have lowered our trucks. When I lowered my Ranger and added the other mods, I never considered what other truckers might think of it. I did not do it for their approval and REALLY DON'T CARE.

well what the heck do you know 2pac, i mean YOU lowered a ford ranger, so whats cool about your lowered ranger, 351 w/c-6? or did you just cut the springs?
check this out, it's the funniest thing I've ever seen put together on this issue. I'd throw my 2 cents at it, but the information and photos on this page will surely blow my opinion away. You might want to hold onto somthing before you click, it's really that bad. Enjoy. TK

What you all need to remember is there are lot's of people in this world and we all got different taste. Myself, I thank God for all these people with bad taste because they make my truck look great.
2004 F250 SD Crew Cab Short Bed, right now just stock. Banks Six Gun going in this week. I will post about that.
I saw a picture of some guy on an anti-riceboy site that had taken a Toro leaf blower and hooked it up to his intake. Instant supercharger. I almost wet my pants laughing so hard at that. If you want to lower your truck go ahead, but I have never seen one that looked better lowered than it did before. I knew this one guy in college who had a riced out toyota of some kind. He bought some big aftermarket tach but didn't know how to hook it up so he just mounted the thing on his dash. Huge non-functional tach...
Anything running 20" wheels or bigger....ESPECIALLY LOWERED
coffee can mufflers
cars with wheels sticking out too far
cars with systems that all you can hear is rattling
putting a wing on a truck, suv, or any off road vehicle
spray paint
and the list goes on...
