Morning Everyone!
It's supposed to warm up the rest of the week, so it should be a nice weekend at home, high 70's. Planning on doing some yardwork with the new chipper/vac and burning some brush, maybe BBQ Saturday. Festa on Sunday, probably go down for some sopas.
Let me know when you're in AZ next winter Craig, I'll still be here unless a close relative wins the lottery before then.

Yea, I will. With Vici's Masters Degree Lovelock gave her a $3000/yr step increase. With that there was just too much money difference for her to leave. So she has encouraged me to just take off for a a few days as needed. I'm hoping my buddy from Hawthorne will go with me. I'm also looking at building a tear drop trailer.
After we decided to stay we was asked if we was interested in the assistant managers position @ Sage Valley RV Park. So we start training for that in June. It is only two days a week Sunday & Monday, so the manager can have days off. The present Assistant Managers are leaving in August. The pay for that is FREE rent, power, & propane. So life is looking up after a real hard few years.
Are you working in Brawley or Yuma? We lived in Yuma one year back in 02 & I like Yuma. Hot as heck in the summer. It has to be one of the hottest places in the U.S. Vici taught 5th grade @ a Charter School on 24th & Kennedy. It use to be called Juniper Trees Academy. I think it is Desert something now.

No more rain, I'm with you! Ready for some summer lake weather.
Craig, I'm actually working out in the deset east of Brawley, but staying in Yuma. What a good deal for you guys, free rent!
Hey Jeff, if you're still looking for cats there are three hanging around my house, killed a dog across the river last night and the Sherriff and NDOW were by this morning to put up camera. Larry said he thought he heard them before but wasn't sure, didn't want to scare me I guess.

My son sent this to me, it's long, but very funny. I used to like this show, missed this one though.

Good Evening Pat, Steve, Russ, Bruce & Michelle.
Michelle, are these Bobcats? Need a good Walker or Blue Tick Hound to track them & a .22 once they are treed.
As a rule they are afraid of people, unless people have been feeding them.
I use to hunt cats with a guy from Fernley that was a well known lion hunter. He passed away a few years back. He had several Walker & Blue Tick hounds. I tracked dogs & lions for days in the Clan Alpines, & Eureka area back in the 70s.
