Good Evening Nevada. Welcome to the weather of the old days in Nevada. My wife's parents threw a Graduation Party today for my wife's Graduation from Grand Canyon University with a Masters in Special Education. Several of us old Nevadan's were talking about just that. Weather of 40 years ago & how this winter was so much like it was every winter in those days.
I have attached a picture of her cake. Every bit of it was ate-able even the picture. The cake was made by my sister-in-law who is a professional cake decorator in Reno.

I had never seen a cake done that way & everything was ate-able My sister-in-law said there is a machine that somehow scans a picture or whatever & then transfers it on frosting to make the picture. Anyway, just wanted to share it. She works for Raley's in the Bakery so if your looking for something different you can have it.

Good Evening Nevada. My new avatar is our new dog Tommy. We had to return Tuffy awhile back he had some real issues that we could not work with. So the other day we found Tommy. He is a 5 year old Yellow Lab. He is ball crazy, loyal, friendly, very well behaved. Tommy came from the Animal Shelter in Gardnerville. He lost his home because of the economy. His family couldn't support him any longer. So he has a good home now & we sure like him & he is real easy going. Labs are my dogs. I have owned mostly labs in my life. This is the first yellow lab I have ever had.
