It doesn't matter what engine you have. You will need to get the alignment done after lifting the front. You will also need the camber bushings, unless someone already had them changed out.

i think i have decided to go with the 844s springs for the front, but for the rear will stock f250 rear springs fit in the hangers? seems to me i read something about them being too wide....if so would that give a f150 the stance of a f250? if they will fit pnp here i come lol used 250 springs should still be better then 150springs i would think
are thr camber bushings ill need just ur regular bushings or will i need a different set?
Don't need to worry about buying camber bushings, do what you have to to the springs, and axle pivot/radius arm bushings and take it in to get aligned. A good shop will have the propler alinment shims/bushings on hand for you.
im lookin at these shocks for the front end...Monroe Sensa-Trac Load Adjustable Shock Absorber..does any body think itll pick the front end up any or help with body roll?
