Gonna file that recipe away... wish I could have it tonite. Woke up to 5" snow this morning, another 3-5" today, then another 3-5" tonite. Dreaming of spring...
Good morning Pat and Scott, yes my brain is hurting from all those questions that I tried to answer and got incorrect. Should have Googled.
It is still rain here at the ranch this morning but cold, we had a horrible lightning and thunderstorm here yesterday after noon that took out our power for a while. I was finishing up some work out side and got caught in about 15 minutes of rain that most near soaked through. Tried to hail as well.
Good morning Miles, I have to bolt out the door (or some other excuse for the moment) or other wise I would give it a shot. LOL! Honestly that was a very good and mind prevoking question. My 13 year old was stumped as well. First off was not including the other two states that make up the state of the union. Without a Map in front of me though I wonder at least though that Alaska is both the most West and North state in the US.
your on to something Orin. So Alaska is the Northern most, Hawaii is the Southern most, Alaska is the Western most. All we need is the Eastern most and it is the tricky one.
Using memory only I thought that even though Hawaii starts out further west the land mass of Alaska pushed it out more west than Hawii coming within 70 or 80 miles of Russia at its most western tip. Can't name the town at this time though or oil camp as it were.
I thought Maine was the most east but I think is found not to be correct by current count. May have to break down and Google. LOL!
Have a good day every one for I must go into the vast cold out doors to do any thing today. Later. I will check in this evening to see how this has gone.
