I really need to find a different way to remove the topper from my truck. Just getting in the back, squatting down and lifting it on my back/shoulders and walking it off the back of the truck isn't the way to go. At least I'm able to back up to a slight hill so it's only a 1 1/2 foot step off the tailgate instead of 3 feet.
Have a good trip Jay?
Speaking of weight loss, I need to get on losing some too. Only have 4 pairs of work jeans that fit anymore.
Congrats on your weight loss Mark, hopefully you meet your goal.
Anyone watch house? just curious...i love that show...im watchin it now....
I like that show too! He is such an ***, I can relate
Lisa you do have willpower turning those sweets down!
Tom, you should see when i do laundry, what a gong show! It gets washed and dry'd fast, then sits in the basket But I wont let anyone else do my laundry.
Sweets are my downfall too. I am a sugarholic actually. I've quit refined sugars before, and not only do I lose weight I stop craving the sugar altogether. same here. i cut out sugar and soda, i drop 35-40 lbs. but it never lasts.
A mini stroke? Really? Wow good thing you have a doctor friend. yup sure does help having a doctor friend. especially when you get older
no start, stock, 60T, 80E and 120 race is exactly what I have. Good tunes.
And..I hate laundry.
yup that is why i have 4 weeks worth of cloths. i only do laundry once a month, but it takes all day to do it!!
Right now Im flipping through channels, cant find anything good. Checking out deadliest warrior, or something like that. Was just watching two and a half men, but its a rerun.
I see lots of talk about weight on the last couple pages.
I am trying to stop my weight from getting out of control.
About a month or so ago I realized I was not happy with my gut that was growing.
So I vowed to lose 10 pounds, and keep it off.
I have all my life eaten whatever I wanted, and never gained weight.
But recently thats changed.
So I am a little more careful about what I eat, and drink.
I would sometimes drink 4 cans of Coke a day, and stuff like that.
I limited myself to 1 pop a day, and trying to eat less junk food to.
So far am down 8 pounds, and already feel better.
To all those losing weight, or wanting to, all the best to you.
that picture was taken on a lazy winter laundry day. i did not feel like folding and stowing it, so it was sitting in the baskets waiting fo me to do something with it.
It didn't quote your mini stoke part, but damn, thank god for your friend picking up on the subtle signs of it.

NO seizures, I am on anti seizure meds though for my headaches. I have had a headache for 27 1/2 weeks and I am supposed to be going in next week to have nerve blocks put into my supraorbital nerve.

I am also a fast food junkie. If I could eat fast food everyday I would. I actually did eat it almost everyday through both of my pregnancies and the year I was in beauty school. lol.
Your a stronger person than I am to be able to give up sugar!!
They should let John do an episode of cops for us!
That would be cool!!

I used to work with a girl whose brother works in Albequerque and he was on an episode. The way things go here, they'd have to stay for a week to get enough footage.
I must have gotten lucky, im not a huge fan of sweets.
My downfall came when I was doing rehab for my knee, I was exercising lots and eating crappy in hotels, then when I was "healed", they cut me right off. Then came no exercising and alot of sitting around waiting.
Ive been on a simple eating plan for 8 weeks or so now though, and I feel totally different, gained alot of muscle mass back that I had lost before, the whole nine yards. Not 100 percent back to before I hurt my knee, but sure aint far away.

It barely sprinkled here.
I have only taken my topper off once but that is how I moved mine back also until me and a buddy could grab hold of it. Not the best for your back.
The trip was great. Thanks for asking Mike.
Gonna take you up on your offer to help with balljoints soon. Found another member in Robbinsdale that may join up with us that day too.
