I had lapband surgery in October...I had problems with it in March and was down 125lbs...
They emptied the band and I have been able to eat anything again..and damn it is hard not eating everything in sight!
2 more weeks they will add fluid to the band again...I want to lose another 100 lbs by this time next summer...
instead of taking pics of the women dancing at my nieces wedding, I wanna be dancing with 1...

Hang in there Mark, I lost 80 lb's 35 year's ago on my own and it was not easy then either. It's a lifestyle my friend, you have to weight the odd's. Do I want this or do I want that and you sound like you want too DANCE!! So eat to live, Don't live to eat, Mark I know you can do it!!

And on the weight loss, man you are doing great. Now if I could just get my butt into gear, I'd be doing good. My new place of employment throws a giant wrench in things, its food food food and more food at that place. I called it quits today and told everyone there I am not interested in their cakes, brownies, cookies, candy or whatever else thew throw my way.

And on the weight loss, man you are doing great. Now if I could just get my butt into gear, I'd be doing good. My new place of employment throws a giant wrench in things, its food food food and more food at that place. I called it quits today and told everyone there I am not interested in their cakes, brownies, cookies, candy or whatever else thew throw my way.

Haha. Good luck on the food at work! I wish I had your will power Lisa. I have really been lacking that lately.

Good for you on turning away the sweets, that is my down fall...... I am craving sweets right now as a matter of fact but I keep reminding myself that I need a new suit so that is keeping me away from them for the moment. lol.
Who needs to watch it, I am my own house episode. lol. I am watching Biggest Loser!!

I got the F5. Works great.
i just got off the phone with Clay, and he recomended getting the F5 with no start, stock, 60 tow, 80 economy, and 120 race.
Nice bright blue eyes. And yes furry.
did ya notice the right eye half closed??
i sent that pic to a doctor friend over the winter to show how the beard was all grey, and he called an ambulance to come get me. i had a mini stroke, and did not even know it till he saw the pic and had me admitted to the hospital..

Biggest loser is a good show. I watched that too tonight.
no start, stock, 60T, 80E and 120 race is exactly what I have. Good tunes.
