Hey y'all...hope everyone had a reasonable good Monday. Just mention the day could be a kiss of death...think I'm kidding? Exactly 8 minutes into Monday (CST) look what my Monday dumped on me....Just in case anyone wanted to know...a '04 F250 isn't "bullet proof" when it comes to mowing down a 6 point at 60 mph. I'm fine....a little irritated, but I'll get over it. The truck has seen better days; the deer is no longer in the gene pool. Just from what I can see...grill; headlight/turn signal/marker light on the driver's side; bumper & air dam; fog light and front fender. Can't tell if the door got it too or if the fender is rubbing on the door when it opens. So much for going 3 years without a claim.
5 am i walked out to go to work to find blue sitting lopsided with 2 flat tires on the passenger side.
a large bolt in the middle of both tires.
oh well, took the "ghetto cruiser" p-71 crown vic instead and freaked everyone out when i pulled into the yard wondering who the cops were coming after.
Good morning everyone.
Lisa, glad to see you made it home safe.
.
Tomorrow I'll be taking a break from the routine at the shop and actually working on a 2001 F250.
Son-in-law's stepdad wants me to install a WW, bellowed up-pipes, retorque the injectors and rocker arm pedastals.
Install some Isspro guages and a HPX oil crossover, all of this purchased from Clay at RiffRaff Diesel.
Somehow I need to convince him that his Superchips tuner is old hat, but he really likes it and has spent some good money on just the parts so far.
I say suggestion, but there's no one around to take the advice..lol
Morning, everyone
even having someone around.. oh well..
