How is everyone this morning. I went and picked up horse blankets. I was happy they were still there. Spent several hours with my Amish family. Picked strawberries, frosted cookies, did dishes (families with 11 people use one hell of a lot of dishes) swept, played with puppies, helped with popcorn making and got some fresh from oven bread and strawberry jam. I know what Im having for dinner tonight.
At least today was the last day of classes. And I just BARELY squeaked by on my Science grade so I'm exempt from my science final. I needed a 96 to get my year average up to 95. I got a 95.5 which rounds up to a 96 which made my average a 95 on the year.
Thank God for extra credit projects. And now I get to sleep in on Tuesday and actually have good food for lunch since I don't have to go in til 12:30
Yay! 1 more full day of school left for me this year. Then go in late Tuesday, and half days Wednesday and Thursday then I'm FREE. (for a weekend)
Then it's off to work to make some $ and hopefully get some new truck toys so I only have to get live tuned 1x.
Here's another good one. 5 minute walk from my house. The water was a bit high this day, but we normally swim and cliff dive downstream a bit. Way too much fun! I know Curt will know where this is.. Attachment 15550
oh yea, you know why they dont call it yardfun, because its yardwork.
yard work is hard. I finally got the front yard mowed, still have to do some more weed eating. This is why they have gardeners so out of shape paper pushers like myself do not die of heat stroke and exhaustion.
looks like forum has been busy to much to read and I have been to buried in yard work and nappy time to read all the post.
Until you said it was still raining I didn't look at a map to see where you were, my ancesters settled in Taunton 380 years ago...
I actually grew up in Raynham which is right next to Taunton.

Ed I'm surprised you are actually doing yard work. Haylee said you're too much of a whiner to do any sort of real work. She said you use your back as an excuse.
Hope everyone had a good week and is ready for the weekend. My week was brutal, as usual. Workload was up and down all week. I didn't have to lay anyone off so that's a plus. Did fire one for attendance though...
About to head out the door for dinner and then drinks at this cool little spot in The Woodlands. Should be fun...

John just sent me this he just arrested a celebrity tonight
That is hilarious!!! A buddy of mine at work had set up a birthday for his daughter about ten years ago and had hired these twin sisters in town to dress up as Barney and Baby Bop. On their way to the party, these two idiots got pulled over fully dressed in the costumes. Sheriff's Office ran the dog on their car and found some cocaine. Guess it was a whole new experience in the booking area when the jail van brought Barney and Baby Bop into the lockup. True story.
I'm telling you, this place has been overlooked by Jerry Springer and Jeff Foxworthy for too long.
