good morning all...

waiting for the niece (and friends) to pick up my sis-in-laws furniture...

I need to get my butt in gear and get stuff set.

the economy sucks and I gonna move in with my parents until things straighten out...

2150 miles...I figure $350 in fuel...thanxgiving in Springhill,Fl.

I have to have a yard sale and donate a lot to goodwill...I plan to travel light...

my dog, my clothes, my puter, some tools and a few other things...whatever fits in my truck.

Gonna be a busy month

Sounds good Mark, and you get to see your family.

Tom, I'd burn down half of Cedar Rapids. I'll take my chances with a rake...

Hey Mark,

I moved back in with family for similar reasons, though not the only one. It's been VERY helpful and kept me from completely emptying out all my funds. Gotta do what ya gotta do my friend. How close is where you'll be to say, Ft. Lauderdale, Daytona, or Miami?

Another plus for Colorado... sorta. Hardly any trees, so not much in the way of leaves to rake. Although I'll never prefer those forests to the East Coast...

I've spent the day more or less cleaning up. Oh yippee. Soon it'll be time to take the pups out for their afternoon walk. One thing I did, that I may undo is putting my bed up on a frame. I've had my boxspring set right on the floor for years. I like how low it is that way, plus it's almost impossible to just shove things under the bed that way. I'll give it a week...

What's everyone else up to today?

Springhill is about 40 minutes north of Tampa and an hour west of Orlando...7 miles from Dads house to the Gulf!

I really need to be cleaning...but I am waiting for the pain pill to kick in...it will make it easier for all the bending I need to do.

I could keep Jake, Pete AND Nick busy for most of the day. I'd put Pete and Jake on yard work and Nick to work on the truck. LOL!
