CO was good. Short, but good. Hope to go back for a week on Thanksgiving and Christmas...except I'll be taking the train next time. Screw those stupid airplanes, and completely chaotic airports.

The job search sucks.... although I might be back in the running for Denver Water. Yep, you read that right. Probably moving back to CO in a few months, but if DW comes through I'll be gone ASAP. Summer here sucked. Humidity kills me, and while CO isn't perfect, the weather suits me better out there. So maybe we'll go plink prairie dogs out on the Pawnee?

That's awesome!!! I have a Spanish cookbook that has some great meals in it. The pork chops were awesome, but I could really go for what you've got cooking!!
