Wow, it's kind of surprising they let you leave with that hole because they were worried about infections. Seems to me like there would be a bigger risk of infection with that. But of course I'm not a doctor, so I really don't know what I'm talking about.
Somehow I am not surprised. Seems to be more chance of contracting something in the hospital than out with all those sick people there.
Glad to have you back, Mark. You are living proof that you can't keep a good man down.
Either that or you're just too darn awnry. I wish you a speedy recovery.
Thats good! FYI Even moving your fingers on that hand with your other hand is very good for it... It helps with "muscle memory" even though you can't make them move if you can simulate normal movement for them the muscles will start to work on their own.
Talk about a battle scar! Ive seen a lot of Life in the ER and stuff like that but thats impressive! Glad to hear your out of the hospital! Hope you get the left hand back to normal ASAP! Hope you have a quick recovery, Mark!

Mark, this is good advice. Works on scar tissue too. Could a nerve have been traumatized during surgery and will take time to recover? Hope that it is something simple like that. Sure good to see ya back buddy!
