He is the only guy i know that could fight an infection for 10 to 12 years!!!! LOL Most people would be dead! But no not this old stubborn guy! Good Job Mark show that infection whos Boss!
Just got a call from Mark so it's official, he is alive and recovering. He sounded good, well, better than I expected. He's still weak and his fingers aren't working well enough to start posting yet. He wanted me to let you guys know that he is reading this post now and is so overwhelmed at the caring and concern. He will post up when he is able.
He also said he can have visitors and would be grateful for any that could come by. If I can shake this chest cold and get through this boat show, I am going soon.
He told me this came from an infection he has been unknowingly fighting for 10-12 years. They have loaded him with fluids and he said he is 20lbs heavier than when he checked in. Still very short of breath and a little hard to understand, but for us southern boys, he always was. Still got a battle ahead but sounds like he's ready to get out. He hopes to be out in time for the Superbowl.
So, if anyone can, he would love to have some company.
What he said, times 2..........LOL

Long story and will tell all as soon as my hands will let me. I love each and everyone of y'all.
Well, It's good to see you typing Mark. I feel special getting to be the first to see you post. Take care of yourself, We'll still be here when you are ready!
